Photo dump...March and April

I definitely got worse about taking pictures as the year has gone on.  Must remember to just snap random shots.

UD got all the way to the Elite 8 in the NCAA tournament!
I actually watched sports!
Jeff missed most of it because he was on a business trip in Europe!
10 year olds take blurry pictures!

Aunt Kate came to celebrate her 40th birthday with us.  We were rained out of NYC, but still had a good time.  My kids definitely loved listening to her storytelling.

Michael turned 6!

This is how I found Michael playing on the computer one day.  Helmet, foam sword, paper roll.  He is a strange child.
 Lily and her weird poses.

The spring sports have started.  Dear Lord...I need to do a post about each of them.

I only have pictures so far of Michael...hey!  The youngest child is getting top billing for once.

Sweet Jesus, a miracle.  Michael touching the baseball.  I'm glad we got photographic evidence of this.
 Could he be any cuter?
Waiting to RUN...his very favorite part of baseball.  I think track is in his future.

 Ready to run home!

Obligatory egg dying photos

Obligatory Easter morning pictures...complete with rumpled pajamas, puffy sleepy faces, and hyperactive  sugar induced glossy eyes.

Oh!  I love her face in this one.

Photo dump...January thru February

Someone, ahem, learned how to find her photos on the new computer.  Enjoy!

I was really trying to just take more pictures of the kids.  So when I remembered, I would just pick up the camera and shoot.  Which led to excellent, memorable shots like these:

Is that playdoh in his hand?

Andrew in mid sentence.  Surely one to keep for all of posterity
 Head tilt!  And more playdoh?

Here they are playing Mario and Luigi.  Halloween costumes are worth the money if you keep using them all year round!  Also, notice that the Christmas decorations are all down...except for the fake garland on the fireplace mantle.  I am proud to say that now at the end of April it is no longer there.  ;)

Lego explosion.  I took this just to show the state of my family room when they decide to play Legos.

Oh.  I am having a bit of PTSD looking at this photo.  Girl scout cookie sales.  -shudder-
Playing on the girl scout cookies

Zoning out in front of the tv.  Cast still on...so this is an oldie.
 Paint!
Andrew teaching Lily to play chess.
When Michael brought home his clay art project, Lily ran and got hers from Kindergarten.  Perks to being only one year apart in school...Mom hasn't thrown out your projects yet, so you can compare!

Sweetheart dance at school.  This is back at Valentine's Day.  When Lily found out her dress was green and off the shoulder, she immediately began channeling Elsa from Frozen.  I did my best to make Elsa hair.

Cutest picture EVER.

What Michael does when we won't let him play computer games.  Create computer game boards with blocks.  Cookies still in living room shots...shudder.

Andrew played basketball.  He's the tall blurry one in the middle.  I hope there are better shots than this buried somewhere that I just haven't gotten to yet.

All those expensive American Girl Doll clothes more frequently dress the Mario characters.  Much to the hilarity of the little people around here.

Go go games.  In the middle of my work space in the kitchen.  Of course.

We went to the natural history museum with my parents.
Andrew got into posing.
 Lily tried.
Michael wins, because of the look of actual panic on his face.

Digging for bones at the museum.

Hey, look!  We found Jeff circa 1995 at the museum.  Oh, wait, those goggles just look like Jeff's old glasses.
Andrew made a salt dough map of the USA.  All done at school (hallelujah).  We are now working on his state report...all done at home (curses)

Shadow enjoying the clean laundry.  Bad dog.
 Luigi and another cast.
